1. Not a Replacement for Emergency Services

No Dignity Labs app is a substitute for emergency services.

• In any emergency, call 999 (UK), 911 (US), 000 (AU), 112 (EU), or your local emergency number
• Do not rely on any App in life-threatening situations
• Our Apps do not contact emergency services
• Our Apps do not track your location for emergency purposes

2. No Legal Advice

No Dignity Labs app, and no content within any App or on this website, constitutes legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.

3. Technical Limitations

3.1 Internet Connectivity

Apps that require an internet connection may have reduced functionality offline. Delays may occur in poor network conditions.

3.2 Device Compatibility

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices. Older operating systems may have limited functionality. Some features may not work on all devices.

3.3 Push Notifications

Notification delivery depends on your device settings, network conditions, operating system limitations, and Apple/Google notification services. We cannot guarantee instant delivery.

3.4 Biometric Authentication

Biometric features (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) depend on your device. We are not responsible for failures in device biometric systems. Always set a PIN as a backup.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may rely on third-party services. We select reputable providers, but we cannot control their services or guarantee their availability. Specific third-party services used by each app are listed in the relevant disclaimer addendum and privacy addendum.

5. User Responsibility

5.1 Device Security

You are responsible for keeping your device secure, setting a strong PIN, not sharing your PIN with others, keeping your device software updated, and enabling biometric authentication where available.

5.2 Appropriate Use

You are responsible for using each App appropriately and in accordance with the Terms of Service and the relevant App Addendum. Our Apps are tools — how you use them is your responsibility.

6. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

No Dignity Labs app is designed to address anxiety disorders, OCD, mental health conditions, or medical emergencies. If the subject matter of any App is causing you significant distress, please consult a healthcare professional. Our Apps are practical tools, not therapeutic interventions.

7. No Warranty

ALL APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

8. Availability

Our Apps are intended for use in the United Kingdom, European Union/EEA, United States, Australia, and Canada. If you access any App from outside these regions, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of any App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
